Gelantine, water or flour is not used to thicken the product.  A sauce which comes from the fusion of "Xato" sauce, a sauce for tender onions and "romesco". An ideal accompaniment for fish, vegetables (roasted, steamed or grilled) or salads like "xatonada" a typical salad made with endive. Shelflife  3 years, refrigeration neccesary once product is opened Ingredients: Onion, tomato, olive oil, vinegar, almonds, hazelnuts, pepper, breadcrumbs, garlic, salt and spices

This is due to the acid from the garlic being neutralized.
