This person will be responsible for managing the client relationship throughout the project implementation cycle, through project closure phases, as well as coordinating all facets of the implementation phase and working closely with the Field Supervisor in order to successfully implement a variety of commercial solar projects. The Commercial Project Manager is an integral part of the Commercial PV Sales and Design team and develops project resource requirements and installation schedules. RESPONSIBILITIES:  Assist sales in the project development phase to help determine project viability  Oversees the development of the "Scope Statement" during contract execution  Collaborates with General Counsel and Commercial Solar Sales as an integral part of the EPC contract review/negotiation team  Drives internal "Project Kick-off meetings"  Drives external, client "Project Kick-off meetings"  Manages the post-sales, client relationship by providing weekly project management status reports, and regular communications to address any questions or challenges  Develops & maintains complicated project schedules and project budgets  Develops a project specific materials procurement schedule and coordinate delivery  Oversees all project materials purchasing  Closely coordinates with Field Supervisor to determine project resource needs  Schedules necessary project resources i.e. crew resources, rental equipment, etc.  Coordinates project implementation with appropriate stakeholders i.e. field supervisor, general contractor, building owner, client PM's, etc.  Negotiates subcontractor contracts  Coordinates and aligns project implementation with General Counsel to maintain contract compliance (EPC, Subcontract, etc.)  Oversees project Change Orders  Coordinates production of, and delivery of Final System Manual to client prior to project completion  Schedule of Values: track project milestones and authorize accounting to issue invoices upon milestone completion  Develops project specific Safety plan and Logistics plan  Drives "Lessons Learned" meetings to communicate project successes and challenges to entire team  Attends weekly Commercial Team meetings

Essential Functions (Specific Tasks/Deliverables)  Schedules & coordinates with all stakeholders including: GC, system designer, civil works, installation crews, etc.  Coordinates equipment ordering, storage, transport and staging  Assembles project work requirements for Field Supervisor  Reports back to the Designers for continual process improvement  Updates project information in project management database  Coordinate project problem resolutions as needed with the appropriate point of contacts Essential Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:  Solid understanding of solar project cycle for managing resources and budgets  Expert knowledge of building construction standards  Excellent communication skills and customer follow-up  Establish and maintain comprehensive working understanding of key implementation-related contract terms and provisions  Ability to communicate technical information with others  Must be highly organized & have ability to multi-task and set priorities  Highly knowledgeable about solar PV installations of all sizes  Ability to work through complex problems  Ability to succeed in a fast paced, community environment  Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization  Proficient with computers and the following applications: Microsoft Office and particularly MS Project Non-essential (Valued but not required skills & experience)  Project Management Professional Certification  Construction Management degree  NABCEP certification COMPENSATION AND TERMS  Position is full-time  Based in our White Plains, NY office  Salary depends on experience  Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance  401(k) retirement plan  Generous Paid-time off package To apply send resume and cover letter to
