Prepared the commissioning check list and start-up operating procedures for the Coal Gasification System (CGS) of the IGCC plant. 2. Tagged the valves and instruments in the various systems of the plant. 3. Headed the team of three that undertook a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for the entire project. 4. Headed the team of four that undertook the electrical hazard classification and recommendation for the entire plant. 5. Prepared some of the Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) for this project. 6. Prepared the SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) for the gasification section of the plant.

During the feasibility studies stage, I analysed the simulation design outcome to determine if the results conform to basic engineering principles. 2. Prepared the PDS (Project Description Statement). 3. Communicated with foreign contractors for the design and supply of needed equipment such as processing plant, flexible pipes, etc. 4. Started with the P&ID (Pipes and Instrumentation Diagrams) for the plant. Project 4: 20MW Power Plant for Asanko Gold Mines Limited Experiences: 1. Did the mechanical designs for the plant (pfd, p&id, layout) 2. Answered the questionnaire for the GRID connection application. 3.
