National Football League's Redskins Trademark may Win Appeal in Trademark Case

The name “Redskins” is offensive to Native Americans, and various arguments could be put in place to compel parties to retire and abandon using same in their name plate, however, on legal grounds there are plenty of scopes for the defendant continue using the same and that is why chances are that National Football League’s Redskins Trademark may win appeal in its trademark case.
