  • 9. Limitations  Project has limited time only for 45 days.  Our Project was limited only to Pune region.  Lack of Brand Visibility & advertisement so low awareness. Because of premium product they have low customer base.
  • 10. Findings It is a pure, hygienic and fresh cow’s milk and the process they are using is totally organic. The customers are highly satisfied with the quality, supply and service of the product. 10% of the sample size were aware about Pride of Cows milk. The Pride of Cow’s customers faces only problem with the pricing as compare with the competitors. Pride of Cows is completely unadulterated & high nutritional value.

Suggestions  To have very effective logistics and distribution channel.  Availability of milk in half liter.  More promotional activity should be done.  To come up with some variety in products.  To come up with Customer Relationship Management Program.  Company should come up with various schemes, offers, monthly & annual subscriptions.
